If you have previously logged in to the Xtra Local/Best-in Local website or the Bestway/Batleys website your login and password will be the same. If you have lost your password, please use our password reset page.
However, if you have not used our sites before you will need to activate your account before you can log in. To do this you will need your full customer number.
How do I find my customer number?
Your full customer (including branch code) is detailed on your invoice as per the examples below.
After activating your account you will be emailed a password. When you first log in you will be asked to choose a new password of your own which you will then use for future visits.
Non-Bestway or Batleys customers can apply to open an account with us. Please see the Login page for more details.
